2025 Irrigation System Schedule

2025 Irrigation Season

The Mustang Estates community irrigation system will operate on the following schedule this year:

• Turn-on date: May 1, 2025
• Shut-off date: October 15, 2025

Watering Restrictions

Per the HOA CC&Rs and Prosser city ordinance, all homeowners must follow these watering guidelines:

• Odd-numbered addresses: Water on Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• Even-numbered addresses: Water on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
• No watering between 10 AM and 6 PM
• No watering on Sundays

Maintenance Contact

If you notice a broken sprinkler head or leak in the shared system, contact the board immediately using the contact form or call the irrigation manager directly.

Failure to comply with watering restrictions may result in fines per the HOA enforcement policy.
